Nike, you rock.
I love you for giving me (and other runners too!) the chance to Run Super Natural with Paula Radcliffe.
That’s Paula front centre. As if you needed me to point that out! 
You are awesome for giving us free tech shirts so we can be twins with Paula;)
P.S. The ‘Super Natural’ thing is about their new Nike Frees!
And a free wristband too, that I’ve kept on to remind me to MAKE IT COUNT every day.
Let’s not forget the complimentary food and drink after the run.
Most of all, I love you Nike for giving people like me the chance to meet, speak, and run with our idols. Especially since this is my second Paula-Nike event! You can read about my first one here.
In case you don’t know, the man on Paula’s left is Dai Green, the current European, Commonwealth, and World Champion at 400m hurdles. He is amazing.
After a speedy 5k run (avg pace was 6.30 min/mile, even with the splits all over the place thanks to the MANY stops that come with running through Central London!), there was a interview with Paula and Dai, done by Steve Cram (who set the WRs for 1500m, 2000m, and the mile all within a 19-day period!)
I filmed part of it, but it’s taking too long to upload! I’ll post it later if I can!
One of my favourite parts was a Q&A at the end, where Paula described her pre-marathon build-up mileage as “moderate”. And that was 120-130 mile weeks. I almost passed out.
I also love you Nike because you make the coolest shorts ever.
Although for that reason, my bank balances hates you

I’m surprised Paula doesn’t know you by name at this point
I’m a fan of Nike’s clothing, but their shoes? Not so much – they’re really comfortable but even the structured ones don’t tend to give much support. When it comes to shoes I’m an Asics girl all the way.

that’s interesting! I’ve never tried Nike shoes before, but I have to admit I am slightly tempted by the Frees! their marketing campaign clearly worked on me!
but I’m a Saucony shoe’s girl all the way…all my shoes (except for my XC spikes, which are Asics!) are Saucony and I love them! I did used to run in Asics though, and they are seriously comfortable, so I understand your love for them!

Paula <3 Seriously amazing chica, right!? That sounds like such an awesome opportunity!! That mileage sounds crazy… I feel like 40 – 50 mpw is tiring but 3 times as much is intense!
Okay so I just have to tell you that the first thing I did when I chose the school I'm going to next year is order tempo shorts. Obviously the most important step!!

I love nike clothing too! I just can’t get enough of it. But, my size 5 feet don’t fit into their shoes so I would have to go to the kids and sadly, those shoes aren’t built the same way.

omg awesome thats amazing. As few others have said love their clothing but their shoes don’t seem to agree with me. I do love their pink tempo shorts though:p
Your life makes me jealous. Nike is by far my favorite brand as well! I literally wear 95% Nike most of the time. Their track jackets are ahhh-mazingg! Have a great day girl!
