Y’all know how much I love food, baking, and sweet things in general! I have GAZILLIONS of recipes bookmarked right now, so I thought I’d share with you some at the top of my list…
Chilled Double Chocolate Torte
This has been on my to-make list for far too long! Must be rectified SOON methinks ![]()
No Sugar Cookie Dough Dip
I made Katie’s original dip a while back and LOVED it! I can’t wait to make her sugar free version!
Cake Pops
I was going to make these for a party last week, but realised I didn’t have any sticks! I can’t wait to make these though! Cake on a stick is the best idea EVER!!
Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate Shortcake Bars
Found this through Finding Vegan, and it looks so ME! Peanut butter and chocolate? Yes please!
Chunky Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
Continuing the theme here!
Healthy chocolate PB cookies? Oh YES!
Caramel Apple Bars
Caramel and apple are a match made in HEAVEN, and as soon as I saw this on Averie’s site, I bookmarked it!
Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bars
It’s that time of year again! BRING ON THE PUMPKIN I say! And pumpkin cream cheese bars sound like the best way to do that!
Chocolate Crunch Dessert Granola
I am a granola addict. I can tell I would be in trouble if I had this around! ![]()
Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch Blizzard
I remember going to Dairy Queen as a kid and having blizzards, but this version is so much healthier and sounds so much YUMMIER too! ![]()
That’s it for today! I could go on and on really, cos there are so many awesome recipes out there on my list!
What recipe here appeals most to you?
Do you have any fave recipes, or recipes you want to make? Feel free to link up below! ![]()
Have a great day friends!! <3

Um yum. You lost me at the chocolate torte. No, seriously. I couldn’t even pay attention to any of the other recipes; my mind was still on that delicious-looking torte!
You’re awesome, Emma. I’m so lucky to know you

I love my homemade nutella. It’s vegan! Really a lot of my recipes are vegetarian, but not vegan because I love love love to use yogurt and cottage cheese in my smoothies and baked goods. Ice cream is my fav food, so those blizzards look amazinggggg.

All of these look SO SO good! I’m checking out the caramel apple recipe because I just got 20 lbs of apples from apple picking…and I’m gonna need to find some way to use them up.

So much chocolate lovin’! The caramel apple bars sound so good. Most of my “to make” recipes are muffins. I’m sure you could have guessed that though

Thank you, Emma, for highlighting my caramel apple bars. All of the recipes you highlighted look amazing to me. Some I’ve seen b/c I read those blogs and others are new..and are making me want to start baking and spending time in the kitchen!
Truly some gems!
ooh those blizzards are Angela’s, no?? I made her cookie dough blizzards this past summer, they’re freakin AWESOME!
And those pumpkin cream cheese things? oh yes. That would be my 2nd favorite after the blizzards, because my “To Make” list is basically “Think of every possible way you can use pumpkin”lol!

(I bet you agree with me
) Right now I need some vegan sweet bun love (cuz there aren’t any raw eggs… and I can eat raw dough
) Like this one : http://www.sideofsneakers.com/2010/09/16/healthy-cinnamon-roll-recipe/ and my http://ibakewhoeats.wordpress.com/2011/07/04/fat-free-milk-coffee-buns/

I clicked on the caramel apple bars as I have seen the other recipes before (but most of them appeal)- I made pumpkin spiced cake this week, although I adapted a recipe from Sweet Vegan instead of scribbling down Katies recipe on a scrap of paper/back of an envelope like I usually do, as they seemed pretty similar. Autumn is the time for spices

Emma, have you ever seen canned pumpkin anywhere in the UK? I’ve been searching and can’t find it anywhere. Unless i come into London and go to wholefoods – that’s the only other place i can think of. I am thinking when the Halloween pumpkins come into Tescos i will buy a couple of huge ones, make some purée & freeze it.
Last year they sold Libby’s canned pumpkin in Waitrose! But I haven’t seen it there yet this year…hopefully when it gets closer to Halloween!
Otherwise you can always buy it online from Amazon or websites like this one: http://www.yummysweetshop.co.uk (they have free delivery too!) Hope that helps!
thanks. i did see on a blog previously that waitrose had sold it previously however i have been unable to find any so far. When i asked though the lady did say she thought it was a seasonal product, so just a case of keep looking i guess!
That chocolate crunch blizzard looks really good, but honestly everything on the page looks so so tasty! As soon as you make some of these, please give me a call and I´ll come for a visit
